General information

The voltage regulators 9333.3702-24, 9333.3702-25, 9333.3702-25 ver.12 are purposed for voltage maintenance of the onboard vehicle network in predetermined limits in all system operation modes of electrical equipment at change of the rotation frequency of the alternator rotor, electrical load and environment temperature.

Application: automobiles MAZ with engines YaMZ-656, YaMZ-658, YaMZ-530, YaMZ-7511, with alternators A125/24/-28V-90A, 3252.3771, 3252.3771-10, 3252.3771-50, 3272.3771, 4242.3771, 4242-03.3771.

The voltage regulators 9333.3702-24, 9333.3702-25, 9333.3702-25 ver.12 perform the function of indication of the reduced/increased voltage of the onboard vehicle network and the alternator's low phase voltage. The indication is carried out by glowing of the indicator lamp controlling the battery charge. The items ensure the fulfillment of a function of fading in current load. Voltage regulators also perform the function of protection against short-circuit in the output and indicator circuit.

The voltage control and regulation are performed directly on the alternator’s output terminal - all power supply diagrams of modern automobiles of high class are built on the basis of this principle. Alternator startup control and control of its shaft rotation frequency are performed directly on one of the output power windings.

An interference suppression capacitor is a part of each of the regulators.

The regulators are produced in a single climatic design O2.1 in accordance with GOST 15150 for internal market and for export. On extent of protection against penetration of foreign bodies and water, the items meet design IP67 in accordance with EN 60529. An operating mode of the regulators is S1 in accordance with DSTU GOST 3940.

The regulators are mounted directly on the alternator, where is stipulated the setting of regulators 9402.3702, 9333.3702-24, 9333.3702-25, 9333.3702-25 ver.12 with the help of standard screws. The installation of regulators of the given types instead of the voltage regulators 3252.3702, 7941.3702V3 is possible with disassembly of the interference suppression capacitor.

The warranty period of exploitation is 3 years from the date of commissioning or from the date of sale in retail commercial network. The warranty obligations of the manufacturer are valid during four years from the date of the item production. The date of production is marked on the case of the item housing.
